I charge an initial consultation fee that I apply to any future work I may do for you. Depending on your needs and preference, I offer either an hourly rate or a flat fee.
If you need legal assistance but cannot afford to hire an attorney, please contact Pisgah Legal Services to see if you qualify for legal aid. I am a volunteer with Pisgah Legal Services’ Mountain Area Volunteer Lawyer program and represent several clients for free each year.
